Keep all I’naru’ Bath & Body Products out of the reach of children and animals. As with any product- if you are pregnant or nursing, or have some medical condition please seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using I’naru’ Bath & Body Products. We make no health claims associated with our products. All ingredients used to make each product are listed and we encourage our customers to make sure that you are not allergic to a certain ingredient prior to purchase. Most of our products are vegan friendly. Anything containing honey, goatsmilk, or beeswax will be labeled as not being vegan. We do no animal testing.

Custom Orders & Wholesale:

Custom requests and wholesale purchases are available. Please contact our office at jvazquez@inarubathandbody.com with any questions or inquires.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns on used items. I’naru’ Bath & Body Products does not issue refunds for instances where customers don’t like the scent or color of a product, or where the shelf life of a product has been conpromised due to contamination or mishandling. We encourage our customers to take advantage of our sampler bags. This is a great way to try a product out before buying a full size amount. If any items are damaged during shipping please contact us immedietly. We will not replace any items not reported to us within 24 hours of receiving.

Payment:

We accept PayPal as form of payment. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase using your credit card or debit card. Sorry but no personal checks or money orders.

Shipping:

Upon confirmation of payment, order will be shipped whithin 3-5 business days. Many of the items are made fresh to order (soaps are the exception) and then shipped. This is to ensure that you receive the highest quality product. If any delays are expected we will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order.

Packaging:

At I’naru Bath & Body Products we use 70-100% recycled or recyclable packaging. In our effort to be kind to the environment we reuse boxes and packaging material
